Rezzy Eko Caraka (Senior IEEE Member) is a researcher at the Research Center for Data and Information Sciences, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Indonesia, and a Professor at the Department of Information Management, Chaoyang University of Technology (CYUT), Taiwan. He currently serves as Expert Staff to the President of Indonesia on the Research Advisory Team and Expert Staff at LLDIKTI, providing strategic guidance for higher education and national research policy. Previously, he held appointments as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Assistant Professor at Seoul National University, and as Senior Research Fellow at UNIST, South Korea. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Universitas Indonesia and Universitas Padjadjaran. His research integrates statistics, machine learning, and data analytics to support evidence-based policy, sustainable development, and technological innovation. He has contributed to high-impact international collaborations, mentored emerging researchers, and led initiatives to build national AI capacity through education and training programs.

Dr. Saurabh Kakkar brings over 15 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven transformation within global banking institutions, combining deep industry expertise with research-oriented insights. Currently, Dr. Kakkar serves as Director and Program Manager at Santander Bank, where he leads the Basel Data Repository program and drives enterprise-scale regulatory reporting aligned with Basel III, CRR, IFRS 9, and EBA frameworks. His work includes building AI-powered copilots (LLM/RAG) for regulatory interpretation, significantly improving efficiency, transparency, and explainability in compliance workflows. Previously, Dr. Kakkar held senior roles at Credit Suisse, PwC, Citco Fund Services, and Ernst & Young, leading initiatives in derivatives compliance, AI-based contract validation, predictive risk analytics, and automation of global compliance systems. His contributions extend to research and academia, including IEEE publications on explainable AI in credit risk modeling, bias and fairness in AI systems, and generative AI applications in financial stress testing. Dr. Kakkar is actively involved in peer review and international conferences, and has filed a provisional patent on AI-driven regulatory compliance automation.

🎓️️Dr. Ali Ahmadian

Ali Ahmadian received the Ph.D. degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and the Ph.D. degree in 2014. He is currently a Senior Lecturer with the Institute of Industry Revolution 4.0, National University of Malaysia. He is an Adjunct Lecturer with Kean University, Wenzhou Campus, China. He is a Visiting Professor with the Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria. As a young researcher, he is dedicated to research in applied mathematics. After his Ph.D. degree, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at UPM. He was an Associate Researcher with the University of Malaya. He was promoted as a Fellow Researcher at UPM, in December 2017, and supervised a number of Ph.D. and M.Sc. students as the main and a member of supervisory committee. He was recognized by Google Scholar for the field of fuzzy sets and systems based on citations to his research works. In general, his primary mathematical focus is the development of computational methods and models for problems arising in computer science, biology, physics, and engineering under fuzzy and fractional calculus (FC). In this context, he has worked on projects related to nano-communication networks, drug delivery systems, acid hydrolysis in palm oil frond, carbon nanotubes dynamics, nanofluids, and viscosity. He could successfully receive 17 national and international research grants (Worth: $ 800,000) and selected as the 1% top reviewer in the fields of mathematics and computer sciences recognized by Publons, during 2017–2020. He is an author of more than 80 research articles published in the reputed journals, including high prestigious publishers such as Nature, IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, and Wiley. He also presented his research works in 38 international conferences held in Canada, Serbia, China, Turkey, Malaysia, and United Arab Emirates. He was a member of program committee in a number of international conferences in AI at Japan, China, South Korea, Turkey, Bahrain, and Malaysia. He is a member of editorial board in Progress in Fractional Differentiation and Applications (Natural Sciences Publishing) and a Guest Editor in Mathematical Methods in Applied Sciences (Wiley), Advances in Mechanical Engineering (SAGE), Symmetry (MDPI), Frontier in Physics (Frontiers), and International Journal of Hybrid Intelligence (Inderscience Publishers). He is also serving as a referee for more than 80 reputed international journals.

Dr Ely Salwana is a Research Fellow in the Institute of Visual Informatics, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM, Bangi), Malaysia. Her primary research area include information work, data analytics, data mining, knowledge organization and participatory information practices. The contexts of her research range from; public organization, education, virtual worlds and corporate. She received an MA Degree in Information Technology (Management) at the University of Technology Malaysia in 2005, and a Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science at the University of Malaya in 2016. She has 18 years of working experience related to her field of study in the university as a lecturer, researcher and supervisor for undergraduate and postgraduate students. She has been involved in many research projects and grants related to computer sciences especially in her area of interest as a group leader and researcher, and all the projects were successfully delivered on time and followed the project schedule.
